What if one piece could become more than one thing?
IT STARTED WITH A SCARF.
At 50, I found myself looking at life a little differently.
During a trip to Thailand, I came across a beautiful scarf and wondered: what if it could become something more?
That simple thought stayed with me.
What if the things we love didn't have to serve just one purpose? What if they could change with us, through different moments, places, and versions of our lives?
That idea eventually became ANUDA—a Manila-born design house built around a simple belief.
This question didn't leave me. I researched, experimented, shared the idea, listened, tested and tested again. The Founding Knot Circle became part of that journey. What started as ICYA became ANUDA – the Filipino idea of tying and knotting, the simplest gesture that lets one piece become many things.
